With our custom cutting service we provide you with precision cutting for your panels using attractive designs. You can also have your graphics precisely cut according to any logo or graphic you choose. This can be done for both pre-owned casing or new orders of casing from us. Please read the terms and conditions beforehand for our cutting policy before placing a cutting service order.

Once the request is ready, you would have to provide us with some information through the form below to obtain a quote for the service. Each cut will differ according to different criteria such as details of the graphic and material cut. Once the order is placed we will then evaluate the image submitted and the details and get back to you with a price for the service work.

Once you approve your order we can them move ahead and commence the work. Shipping fees would also be included in the service request. For preowned panels you would have to pay the courier for shipping the panel to us and back to you. New cases purchased from us will be charged delivery shipping fees only. (Local Shipping Fees aprox: 5-8 USD).

We provide our customers with a special custom cutting service for modification. The turnaround time for returning panels to you depends upon the time it takes us to confirm the order from you and receive the panel. In instances where their might be delays in returning the panels to you we will notify you via your contact information. You must pack the panels in a safe way to ensure that no damage or loss be incurred during transit.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will return your panel in the same way that you had packed using the same packaging. Please make sure that you use good packaging. Although we strive to achieve high quality service for all our customers, sometimes certain circumstances beyond our control may occur. Read on.
