Local ground delivery within the United Arab Emirates
Local delivery within the 7 Emirates is done through a
local service provider
Timing depends upon order confirmation and that we have
your items in stock at the time of order. Backorders will
ship as soon as we complete your order. We will notify
customers in case there are delayed backorders through
email.
Average charges will be 15 AED but depends upon the weight
of your order.
Local Delivery of cases
Once a case is added to your shopping cart a minimum
of 25 AED for local shipping will be added, this is based
on our estimates for average case weights. Use the table
below to calculate your requirements.
The following rates are applicable to products on the
basis of estimated weights (KGS)
1-5 KGS = 15 AED enough for a box of accessories
5-20 KGS = 25 AED enough for 2 cases OR 1 case and a
box of accessories
20-30 KGS = 35AED enough for 3 cases and a box of accessories
In each case our shipping
calculator will inform you at checkout for your shipping
price total.
Orders to international addresses will be made once payment
is settled, i.e. we have cleared your money order or bankers
check. We will then email you with tracking information
once we ship the order. Orders going to International
addresses will be shipped via a third party delivery courier.
Local payments
Payments within the UAE can be made through
COD via delivery courier. You may provide the courier
with exact amount stated in your Power Optionz invoice.
Make sure you keep a copy of the Invoice for your records.
Power Optionz will not be responsible for payments over
the amount indicated in your invoice. All orders must
be confirmed with a valid telephone number and address.
A P.O box is NOT sufficient since we deliver door to door
within city limits.
International payments
Orders from International customers
are welcome payment methods are money order/bankers
check or money transfer. Cash-U cards are also welcome.
We will ship international orders after payment is cleared,
after which we will email you with a tracking number
and shipping confirmation.
Ordering through our site is designed to make shopping
as easy and comfortable as possible. However we do understand
that there might be times where special circumstances
do occur. Should this happen we will act in the best way
to serve you during that time. We strive to make our customers
feel extra happy, over satisfied and raving for quality

Returns are handled on an individual case-by-case basis.
All items carry a 10 day money back guarantee and should
meet the following requirements:
· Is in
“as-received” cosmetic condition
· Includes original packaging and materials
No exceptions
· Shipping is at the expense of the customer
and is non refundable (Check with us before you ship
items back).
· If the item was damaged on arrival we will
evaluate the item upon receipt and either credit your
account or replace the item.
· If you have a missing item in your order
contact us and we will ship the missing items upon
confirmation.
· Modified items will not be replaced or exchanged
in any case (*sigh*)

Power Optionz provides special orders for hardware
and accessories for our members. To do this we would
require a non refundable deposit to be paid in advance
of ordering. We may not be able to provide all products
inquired such as casing and heavy items since the shipping
would be very expensive, we will however try to fulfill
your requirements accordingly to the best of our abilities.
We will check with local distributors for items that
already have a distributor in the UAE to avoid conflict
of interest.
Hardware including but not limited to motherboards,
ram modules, cpu’s and hard drives will not be
carried under warranty since we order most items from
abroad thus there is no way that we can use RMA. Order
incur the risk at the owners expense. Thus Power Optionz
will not be liable for any DOA (Dead on arrival components)
We simply facilitate special orders to provide you with
items that are unavailable to you in the local market.
We will support our members to special order items by
providing NO or low profit margins for items since we
encourage and motivate our members to use the best hardware
and equipment.
